im 15 years old 130 lbs i lost 50 lbs over a year but theres one thing i cant get rid off "love handles"

Yes teens can have love handles. However, weighing only 130lbs, i dont see why you would even have love handles. Stay in shape, play sports, run, ride your bike, anything to stay fit.

i use to have love handles when i was 14-15

now im 16 and its melted off:)

and yes check your diet
