Hey i just started working out at the gym about two weeks ago. Im 22 yrs. old and weigh 170 lbs. But i have skinny arms and legs. How can i get my upper and lower body bigger, my goal is to be around 185, and nothing but muscle. I've been one of the skinnier guys in high school and now college, i want to change all that.... I Need some advice. Thanks

Ya i've been told that. What should i be eating and not eating? And what kind of protein should i be taking. I bought the whey protein at gnc, but i havent started taking it yet?

Go to the nutrition forum and open a thumbtack titled foods for healthy eating or something like that. It has all sorts of good info.

Train hard, eat, rest. Repeat.
You do not grow in the gym, you grow when recovering. Don't spend all your time in the gym, if you can't recover you cannot grow.
You will be limited only by your diet, rest and then the X factor, that noone can help you with, your genetics.
