I'm presumming this is a pre ground seed, and my question was is the shelf life on this good?

Can anyone that uses preground seed let me know if a 15. oz ounce bag will stay good for a month refrigerated?

Should...however, if you can I would use at the very least an equal amount of fish oi. More EPA/DHA bioavailability.

Yeah I'm guna stay with Fish Oil as 1# Source for the EPA/DHA, but I wana implement Flax seeds for the fiber and nutrients.

I'm creeping into Maintenance level and this will start making my daily intake to raise quit a bit so I'm going to slowly up my intake at the same time of burning to my desired fat% and if I hit Maintenance before I get there I can always back it back down a tad.

From a lot I have learned is telling me it's time to back off cardio some and put weights as top priority and creep to maintenance level. So backing off cardio doesn't mean neglect it, it just means to hit weights 3 days a week and cardio only 2 but hit it good instead of cardio 4 to 6 days a week.

To some this may sound stupid to just put cardio back to 2 days of 45 to 60 minutes but what I read tells me that I'm going to struggle with the last bit of fat and burnout more muscle and I feel it's time to start preserving the muscle and as I keep upping my intake I'll regain muscle memory not add bulk but memory and with this I'll be getting the furnaces going and if I'm wrong then it's another lesson learned but I really think I'm at the point where I have to raise up intake slowly bring back in some memory and be hitting maintenance level. I have been under maintenance for a year so I have no doubt in my mind memory is guna come to me as I clime up in calories, but then again if I'm wrong lesson learned and back off a tad and burn it out. I love cardio but it's time to set a boundary with it so I can have a muscular furnace burning hope I made some sense with this reply I hate looking too stupid
