Huge Butt Is Ruining My Life

Hey, I'm a 16 year old male and I have a huge butt. It is wide and sticks out alot. I am not a fat person but it does seem like there is alot of fatt on my butt. It makes me soooooo self concious...I cant even get up in class, cause I have to keep pulling my shirt way down. My butt even wobbles when I run!. I HATE IT!!!. If only I could decrease the size of my butt, I would be so happy. I also want to have a lean stomach to so...If anyone has any suggestions for me that would be so great...thanks.

You sould try one of the free programs offered by this site to start. Also, you need to eat right. It's one thing to eat protein, carbs and fats. But it has to be the good stuff not chips and stuff. You should work on a good lifting routine combined with a healthy diet and cardio. Again, there are some great FREE programs offered on this site. Go to fitness plan at the top of the page and click the link. Then choose personalized program. Just put in your personal info and choose the plan best for you. Also, look at some of the forums on here about nutrition, etc. They already contain massive amounts of good advice on your very question. Spend some time and look around. Good luck!!! :big_smile:

I second what edi says.Once you get it under control you'll be happy with your bum...ever notice how many older men are walking around without enough to even hold up their pants????Terrible!!!:)

Whatever program you choose mjm, do not give up. Stay with it. Fat loss as touted on most boards rarely occurs in at a steady rate. It is more like a nice beginning, then a big slow stall where it doesn't seem like it is helping, then all of a sudden results again. So keep with it, it is not a linear proposition.

check out the healthy foods list in the nutrition forum...also the "diets made easy thread" along with "diet thread"
Both posted by bb1fit...good info...will get you started.

As far as the cardio...remember it will give you great results in the beginning,and then it will even out...so you have to look forward into what you will be doing later.Check out the "is cardio keeping you fat" thread.

My dad said the best way to loose weight and get in shape is to eat a big breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner. Here is what I was thinking as a schedule, since I really want to get in shape.....

MORNING
5:00 am: Get up
5:10-5:40: Make and eat breakfast(2 eggs over easy, 1 pce of jewish rye bread, some fruit and a glass of milk)
5:40-6:00: Rest
6:00-6:30: Pushups, Crunches, Sit-ups
6:30-7:00: Light cardio on treadmill(fast walk & slow jog)
7:00-7:45: Get ready and go to school

EARLY EVENING/NIGHT
3:30-4:15: HITT on treadmill
4:15-5:30: Do homework
6:00-6:30: Eat dinner(w/various veggies & glass of milk)
6:30-7:00: rest
7:00-7:30: Basketball with my big brother
--After that just lounge around and get ready for bed at 8:45-- * Also for lunch at school, I would be having a ham sandwich(ham, lettuce, tomato, little mayo)

~~Well thats about it for now...please feel free to tell me if my schedule is bad or if it needs improvement. Also feel free to leave me some feedback if it sounds good. Well thats it for now...later guys.

I feel you dude, seriously. It's almost like everyone tries to show off how small their butt is by sagging their pants so much and what-not and its like we are just totally deformed outcasts or something, and it sucks! People probably think we are over exaggerating, but its so much worse than it sounds...Like you, I cant even fit into a damn pair of pants! And it makes you feel weird when u walk and stuff, and it just looks so stupid and stuff, I HATE IT!

Well I have a large "donkey" as well...however it not a big deal, i've always found "your your own worse critic." No matter what you do its never good enough in your eyes...

Heres somthing to make you rest easy....look at in shape guys run....their chest bounces( reamember bay watch?)So honestly....there well always be "jiggle".

I say squat firm that bad boy up...and embrASS your a$$! Devolope you legs, and uppder body....that way it won't feel like its sticking out so much.
