In my plan, I am supposed to do barbell preacher curls that work the lower bicep. I looked at the other exercises on this site and all of the exercises that work the lower biceps involve preacher curls. I don't have a preacher bench. Can someone offer other exercises that work the lower bicep without a preacher bench. Or is it ok to just substitute a dumbbell exercise that works the overall bicep? Thanks for any help. :)

Just work the overall bicep. If you feel you must hit that part(really hard to do), you can do 21's. This is where you do 7 reps coming up just to breaking the elbow plane, followed by 7 reps from that point up, and then 7 full reps. All this is one set. You can use a dumbbell or barbell.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I think I will use some of the good overall bicep exercises then provided on the site. Thanks again bb1fit.
