hey guys, does anyone know if using creatine at the junior college/ community college level is against the NCAA rules for sports, i know it is at the division 1 level.

as far as I know it's legal everywhere. There was a ban on colleges distributing the supplement to their athletes(mainly because they cite lack of long term sideeffects)...but there's nothing that prevents you from going out and buying the supplement on your own and using it....

Heres a thought why not ask your coach? Why ask us? Not to be mean but I think not many here have a direct first hand knowledge of NCAA rules. If they do i would hope thye would not advise you to either take or not to take it. That is something you need to talk over with the school and coaching staff.
