ok i have been working out and eating wrong for two years now i finally found this site and it put me on the right track but it doesn't really help a begginer with their diet and i was wondering how important boiled eggs are and if you could eat them any other way and get the same protein, also how often you guys eat them and how many

I eat about 6-10 hard boiled eggs a week. I eat about 2 dozen egg whites a week as well. Eating too many egg yolks can be bad

You certainly don't HAVE to eat boiled eggs, but egg whites are a good low carb, no fat, protein source, which is why they are so popular.

and eggs have one of the highest bio-availability ratings of any protein source.
