Okay all........I need some guidance. Oatmeal, egg whites, grits....water......./ chicken salad, water/SmartOne meal water.......prezels for snack.......Im getting confused and tired of this eating. Is there another way???? I dont like fish of any kind although if I have to I can make a tuna salad. Help................

You can add tuna, turkey, lean hamburger, and my fav steak!!!!! As well as protein shakes/bars. low fat cottage cheese is one of my favs as well. Also how do you cook your chicken? if you like add salsa or hot sauce!

I like to poach a couple of chicken breasts on Sunday and use it for many different recipes during the week like: chicken salad - I mix the chicken with very little low fat mayo, some mustard, add green peppers, garlic powder, (what ever you like) and I'll spread it on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce & tomato. Also good with lots of salsa and some low fat cheese.

Turkey sandwiches with fat free cheddar, vegetarian "meat" products (Morningstar makes tasty sausages), yogurt, don't forget some fruit, and I like to get those bagged salads with some fat free or reduced fat dressing, nuts, beans, an occassionaly protein bar...Can you tell I don't like cooking?

Dang Lumina - I had this vision of you being a gourmet cook all this time. :) Seriously though If you like spicey food you can turn those bland chicken breasts into some tasty meals without a whole lot of trouble.

Cupcakes...doughnuts...ice cream...cookies...pie...marshmallows...cheesecake...french fries...bacon...sausage...choc...........OH...sorry.....was that out loud?
