I'm not fat, I'm not thin. I am a 5'8" 140 lbs female, a soccer player and runner.
I would like to tone up, maybe lose 5 pounds.

If anyone has any eating tips or good ab workouts, please help!!!

yes i did, but it seems like its the same ab workouts i've done before. the ones that give the 2 pack but nothing more

Remember you have to combine that ab workout with a proper diet. The workout will tone, but the proper diet will take care of the extra fat you are looking to get rid of. You need to work on your body fat % to see those abs.
