I have used this calculator since January and love it to death because it keeps me honest and down to the wire dead on track!
97% of the Time I consum exatly the amount I plan and the other 3% is when I have a bite of something just to do it lol, But I never go over my count and this calculator is why!
I wanted to share this because I personally haven't YET to find a better way to track my intake to keep it honest and on track and I can refer up to 30 or 31 days prior and see the count!
