when should i take my protein? firsst thing befoe cardio or before lifting?

i take my protein after i lift weights it helps repair muscles but it is also alright to take it before so it will already be there i dont really take it before cardio but im sure it wouldnt hurt

Just eat consitantly. That is the key. A GOOD all around diet, but the protein is good after a work out.
