I am not sure what type of diet/fitness plan I should be on. Im a 19 year old male, im 6'4 210lbs. I have a waist size of 36. I would like to loose anywhere from 15 to 30lbs, and gain some muscle mass as well. I don't have access to a gym so i would have to do some at home exercises. Can someone please help me out with a diet/fitness plan.
Hi Tote...I suggest you read through some of the stickies in the forums....for diet my favorite is "diets made easy" and "diet thread" both by bb1fit in the nutrition forum..or you could type it into the fitbuddy below.Lots of great advice in the forums...also get your self signed into a workout program on this site...they're great and there is a at home version.Good luck...and welcome to FT!!
