Just thought I'd stop by and say hi being a new member and all. I've been working out for about 2 months now (late starter at 29) and started the customized exercise program and wow what a difference. Apparently I haven't been targeting all the muscle groups because I work up this morning a lot more sore than usual! Anyhow just wanted to get my first post in =)
Welcome Mike - Fill out your profile information: eating habits, goals, what you may already do (activity level), what you like or have tried and succeeded or failed at etc. The more info people know about your health habits the easier it is for them to try and help! There is a lot of great information on this board, and many knowledgable people that are happy to help you meet your goals!
