I'm 14 years old. I am 6'1-'6'2 and weigh about 200 pounds. I wouldn't consider myself "Fat" but I think I could lose a few pounds, and gain muscle. A large goal is to get a six pack and larger chest muscles. My arms are pretty large already, so I dont really need that. Any Suggestions?

Six pack of what? Soad ? Beer ? Neither one is good for you so lay off the six packs.

Dude....... holy sh!t, 14 years old and could probably kick my a$$. 6'1" and 200 pounds. I would focus on weight training and food intake you'll be surprised how fast you gain muscle. Sounds like you got a good frame to start with.... Lucky son of a... I'm 26 years old 6' 170lbs. Needless to say I am jealous dude. JK. If you have no weights just put your feet on a chair and hands on the floor and do as many push-ups as you can, also do some dips with that same chair. both those exercices will help your chest.

Well put! It is so ironic what the news media has done to folks with the 6 pack. Geez, when I was young, we wanted a big chest, big arms, look like a manly man! :)
