This is a repost because I posted it originally in the wrong forum!
Say for instance with Multi Grain Bread, is 2 slices a day moderation or is it 3 days per 7 day week moderation?
I'm just asking because stuff like Wheat pasta and Good Grained Bread or said to be eaten in moderation.
I would say 1 meal per day is in moderation, I like that fact a good tuna or salmon sandwich could be a meal and it's always 1 you can take on the go with you!
Probably the best way to look at moderation as a bodybuilder is taking in calories that keep you from going insane, yet on a weekly average still allow you to achieve your goals. This amount of "moderation" should be something that is satisfying to you. If it is multi grain bread, then so be it. If it is pasta, if it is a big mac....you get the idea.
