My name is Amanda. I am about to turn 20. Im so glad I found this site. I have always been kinda confused about the whole workout thing. I am a huge fan of sweet stuff, and that is what kills me. I used to be on the weight lifting team in highschool..so I always had someone telling me what to do and how to do it. I had my daughter in May of 2005. I struggled to lose the weight. I wont lie. I didnt lose some...probably about 20 pounds. But...now I can lose anymore. I still weigh more than what I am supposed to. About 15 pounds over. I am 5'4 and weigh 135. This thing says I am supposed to weigh about 120. I hope that talking with people who are on here will give me the motivation that I need to get "the job" done.
