I have 2 children ages 1 year and 3 months. I really want to lose the extra weight around my mid section. I am losing weight and was doing crunches but it seemed my belly looked bigger because I was just builduing muscle under fat. What should I do top flatten my belly. Help!!!
To lose the belly, watch what you eat... you can do hundreds of crunches and the belly won't go away without a clean diet.

Tim is as usual right on the money. No amount of ab exercises can magically flatten your tummy without change in diet, despite the TV ads. It is all about using them with diet.
