hey im 17 years old 6'1 165 pounds with a standing 18-20inch vertical i can dunk 10 foot sometimes my standing reach is about 8'1 8'2 i was thinking about buying the vertical project

check powerlifting forum adn dig through some old threads....there's a lot of stuff on vertical jumps....
best thing you can do is to start doing heavy squats/deadlifts....olympic lifts are of great use(have to get someone knowledgeable to teach you tho)......plyometrics also...
