Hi there...

My name's Brian...I'm kinda new to the working out thing...I was a member of Bally's a few years ago, but I didn't really have the motivation to go...I was too deep into my depression at the time...
But, my depression has gone into remission for the time being and I'm ready to make a lifestyle change...
I've always admired fitness-conscious people and always wanted to be like that, but I never had to the motivation to do so...
Well, now I do and I really want to stick with it and change my lifestyle and look and feel better...
So, I've been going online trying to get advice on what I should do to achieve my goals of losing weight and body fat and building muscle...
I found this site and it looks promising...I hope this will help me...
I also welcome any advice anyone may have and I'll answer any questions...feel free to contact me anytime...
I look forward to working out and sharing my results with everyone..

Hi mordok!!!The only advice I have right now is to read through the stickies in all of the forums...great info!!!!Sometimes it can be a little confusing though...so if you get stuck on something feel free to make a post...also have you signed up for an FT program yet????I just started "gains and mass"...all the exercises have descriptions and how many reps and sets you should do...all the homework is done for you....now you jus gotta DO IT!!!
