hello to the board. well, i stumbled across this sight searching for a healthy grocery list and got the post of the "bodybuilder's grocery list". seems to be quite an abundance of info here, so i couldnt pass it up. Well, im active duty Air Force for 5 1/2 years and enjoying it. i was lifting a lot while i was deployed the first 4 months this year and saw some unexpected number gains, but managed to hurt my right elbow on the vert bench. i shifted toward a total body workout for basketball conditioning, but my elbow was still aggrevating me. so i took about 5 weeks off to see if it'll get better (feels better, for the most part but i'll be finding out). watched myself lose what i gained and was unhappy, so im starting back up tomorrow. mainly, just strengthing up for softball season next summer, but want to get my legs in shape for basketball this winter. been lifting off and on for 5 years, but always looking to learn something new (dont consider myself to know a lot, but i know enough as to whats going on and what im doing). so let the games begin.

height: 6'6"
weight: 254
max bench: 338 lb on isolateral vert bench
max squat: 270 (11 reps on smith maschine--my knees are shady)
goals: lose a few inches off my waist/bench 350/strenghten my legs up(nothing particular)
