Hello all,
My question is like soooooooooo many newbe's but I still have to explain.
I work MON - THRS & SUN 7am-9pm
I can get to gym aprox 10:15 w/o till 11pm in bed by 11:30
or wake up at 3:30 get to gym 3:45 etc.....
My question is this what is the best way to work out and I must w/o!! I need to get in shape I just turned 37 :(
The way I figure is any way you cut it I only get 4-5 hrs sleep.
what can I do !?
Any 30 min w/o programs etc .......

Well PKDAD....4-5 hours isn't nearly enough sleep(yeah I know...you probably knew that already)....my only suggestion would be to go very light on days you have to work and won't be able to rest properly and kick it up a couple of notches on the weekends when you can get in at least 8 hours of sleep....really al I wanted to say here was....welcome to FT!:)
oh....and please fill out your profile...people will be able to help you better if they have some idea of where you are now...and where your trying to be..
