I know my profile isnt up I've tried several times to update it but it wont work so for now my stats, Im 5'11 135 lbs 21 yr old male. Im working out on the 2 day a week plan with minor weights and such I posted in the beginner weight training forum. I've been reading about meals to eat and gain weight alot have said to eat 5-6 meals a day. While I think I can do that I just need help in some ideas on easy things to eat. I dont have time to cook nor do I cook :surprised:. My work schedule also may get in the way. Normally I dont eat breakfast so I mean I know I need to change that. So any advice on what I should buy or easy things that I can eat to have a 5-6 day meal plan.

Thanks alot null. My diet so far has been off and on. Heres what I've been eating so far, it varies day to day usually the lunch or dinner is differnt but what I can keep the same is the snacks or in between. Also my food portion isnt much so I mean it might be a shock to how my diet is. Its also not health as my lunches are usually fast food because I work in the day and need to get lunch (45 min lunches). I also dont know how to convert the protein or fat in each thing.

Breakfast:
1 sunny side up egg
1 cup of chocolate milk usually in a mug like a coffee mug
1 piece of toast

Snack around 10-11 am
1 peanut butter/jelly sandwich
1 8oz glass of milk

Lunch: (this varies but usually)
3 beef tacos from a local mexican place
1 can of sprite
half a plate of carne asada fries

or

1 double double hamburger from in & out
1 milk shake
1 order of fries

Snack:
1 slice of bread with peanut butter
1 bottle water or juice (capri sun, kool aid, etc)
1 banana

Dinner:
This I know is always changing but usually I'll have take out or something. Or meat and rice.

Late night snack:
1 peanut butter/jelly sandwich
1 8oz glass of milk

I know my diet isnt great so Im looking for change. The lunch and dinner are usually hard for me to change because of my work but Id like to try to find more alternative snacks instead of just peanut butter sandwiches.
