I'm getting discouraged. I've lost 20 lbs...and i cant seem to lose anymore. I'm considered in the "obese" category, which to me is dumb...but i have a very athletic build. I want to lose approx. 20-30 more. I NEED HELP!!!! I'm considering getting a personal trainer to give me some ideas and pointers...but i'm not sure if its worth the money...anyone have any experience with working w/ trainers. Do they really help you?
You can do it! im with timday, post your diet and your exercise routine, if you can envision yourself 30 lbs less then you can definetly do it.
