I weigh about 160, about 6'3" and was wondering how many carbs i can have for dinner, to maintain my current weight and and recomended meals would be helpful as well. Jerald
Carbs? Depends on your goals? If you are highly active you need lots of carbs 200-300 per day. Make sure you get good carbs, not just sugar carbs.
