Maintaining my weight question

I weigh about 160, about 6'3" and was wondering how many carbs i can have for dinner, to maintain my current weight and and recomended meals would be helpful as well.

An optimum calorie count for most people is around 15 calories per lb. of bodyweight. This is not concrete, but pretty general for most people.

Carbs? Depends on your goals? If you are highly active you need lots of carbs 200-300 per day. Make sure you get good carbs, not just sugar carbs.
