Hi everyone! I just got a membership to a gym and I am really overweight so I don't know where to begin. I have already lost 50 lbs on my own, but now I have kind of plateaud. The gym has all the free weights, tons of machines, treadmills, bikes, etc.... Could anyone pass along a routine that I might be able to follow. I walk in the gym and look at everything and feel overwhelmed with not knowing what to do, so I just get on the treadmill. I really want to get this fat off and tone up my whole body. How many days a week should I go? Anything I can do at home and at the gym would be helpful. Thanks for any and all help. Jenny

I kno this post is old lol, so no 1 is probily paying attn to it, but I use to do cardio for 45 minuits, 4 days a week. Because of this i lost 30+ lbs of fat :D. If your main goal is too lose weight, its simple. Proper diet/exercise is the way to go :D.
