Hi all, I am so happy to have found this site, it seems to be exactly what I need. I have lost 80 lbs by eating well and exercising and I have sorta slacked off a bit this summer. I havent gained any weight but I had hit a plateau and I am very excited to get back into the swing of things. I would like to lose 10 more pounds if possible. I love that I can print out my entire weekly workout to take with me to the gym. YIPPEE!!
