I just signed up last night so still figuring everything thing out. I'm 18 and I'm currenly at 170 I've gained 50lbs in the last 2yrs and definately want to lose it. I've already been going to the gym(lifting light weights,as much cardio as I can)but its hard to stay on a good diet while in college I never have time and always find myself eating fast food if anyone has any quick low fat meal ideas I'd love to here about em'.

I dont know if you have access to a refrigerator but here is a new thing I tried that is working very well for me. I have a large round tupperware container with individual compartments and a lid and every Sunday I cut up cucumbers, hot peppers, onions, peppers, tomatoes...etc. I also cook chicken and steak cut it into strips and freeze it. All week long I have super quick access to yummy wraps (its like having my own Subway sandwich shop) and stir frys. It takes a little bit of time to cook the meat and stuff but it is so worth it during the week. I just throw the meat in the micro for a minute and the wraps rock.

Thanx thats a really great idea I actually just got a fridge so yeah that works out real well thanx for the idea
