First you need to get your diet in check. Using punctuation in your sentences will also help us understand what you are asking. I would center your workouts around variations of heavy Squats, Deadlifts, Military Presses, Bench Presses, Chin ups, etc.. (The bigger compound movements). Take a look at the programs available on the site and read the posts in the forums before posting. Your question probably has already been asked. Good Luck and enjoy the site.

Yo every body i'm 14 years old and weigh 57 kg at the height of 5"6 i'm looking to gain lean muscle mass but still be strong i want to be so toned/defined that i'm tight in my skin and that my veins pop out like theres no tomorrow by all means i am not fat but i cannot say i'm healthy because i tend to eat a lot of junk i'm looking to change this and get assistance from this community on what i should do i have my bench press/dumbbells to work with what exercises should i do and which ones are the best? my goal is to accomplish being lean/looking lean + strength.

57kg huh. 14 years old. 5'6"
I'd say lift to grow, gain some muscle, eat enough to mature. No point in a restricted calorie diet at 14.
