Ok..Well this isn't my first time every working out! I am 20 years old. I grew up playing basketball 24-7..My last two years of high school i got really focused because i wanted to play college ball..Well i made that dream come true! I worked out hard when we lifted and it showed. Anyways i ended up quitting basketball because in college it was more like a job and it wasn't fun for me anymore. Plus ive already had 2 knee surgries before i even got out of high school! Anyways its been almost 2 years since i've quit. I wanna get back to the way i use to look so i joined up here! Hopefully this time I wil stick with a program. I've tried writing my own work out plan but never use it. Thats why i joined this site! My first workout is tonight. Im lookin soo forward to it but deff not looking forward to tomorrow! Well thats it for now! Just wanted to let ya'll know a little about me! :)
