Im just full of questions. Why is sugar so bad for you and how does it cause you to gain weight? Can anyone explain it a little more in depth for me please, thanks Jerald

The human body actually doesn't NEED white sugar at all......
All carbs are sugar BUT you'll find slow burning and fast burning sugar (like brown rice and white bread)
Yes, it's all a question about trying to control your insulin. When eating white sugar, your insulin goes up very fast and doing this a little too often can give you some bad side effects like dizziness, getting fat, nausea, diabetics etc etc

Constant insulin surges can lead to premature juvenile diabetes also! Probably one of the main reasons also. Your health!
