well done! Just kidding anyway you can cook it is fine. One way to check is to get a meat cooking temp gauge. and cook it till the right temp is attained. I personally like to grill mine.

Broil, bake, barbequed, there are tons of different ways, i prefer using skinless, boneless breasts for my choice of chiken to cook with. my boyfriend and i both use it in a number of ways, tacos, stir frys, etc.

Yeah, the plucking part sucks. lmao Either way, chicken should be thoroughly cooked. I just bake or broil mine. Nice thing about chicken breasts, they cook relatively quickly. Diced chicken meat is a great way to add protein to that garden salad.. yummy.

The crock pot is the best invention ever! Put about 6 chicken breasts in it with your favorite seasonings, and go to bed! In the morning, voila', great, tender chicken breasts!
