Well, not exactly rehab. I played my first basketball game in over a month the other day due to a series of injuries to my feet and ankles. As you would guess, I was slower, wasn't as quick, couldn't jump as high, and had worse lateral movement. I dont think my leg strenght has decreased as much as my speed, however, since I was able to squat a few times over that month. Does anyone have any experience with something like this, or ideas for how to get back "speed" in a more efficient way than just playing all the time?
