why doesnt the workout provided for me on here include lats and traps? I'm kinda disappointed since they are by far my most underdeveloped muscles and i dont know good excercises for them...?
How can you expect someone to answer that when you have given no indication of what routine you selected or what you have been given or how long you have been doing the routine? All the workouts on FT hit the whole body but not in one day if that's your question.
