Mass Gaining Routine

I just finished the 12 week mass gaining lifitng program that is offered on this site, and I am very disappointed. Ive gained more definition than mass and I havent gotten any bigger at all! I mean i thought it was weird doing reps of 15,12,10, and 8.... I just didnt feel like it helped me out at all in the mass area. Has anyone experienced this problem, and are there any good mass gaining programs

It sounds like your weight wasn't high enough...put some more weight on the bar.

Tell us about your diet before you complain about the training program. What you do in the gym will not get you what you want unless you follow strict dietary guidelines outside the gym.

Yep....your gains are made in the kitchen....

want to gain weight? eat more...simple as that

I would however consider lifting heavier...perhaps sets of 3-8 reps.....focusing on compound freeweight exercises....
