Hey Everyone,
I hope I'm not the only one out there trying to get back into the shape he used to be in. I'm a former athlete (baseball, football, and wrestling) that's taken a desk job and watched myself ballon out pretty bad. I still lift weights, have taken up boxing, and play baseball on the weekends but since moving from the field into the office I'm having a rough time. Anyone got any good diet plans for a guy who doesn't like vegitables much? I'd love to hear from you guys. Thanks.
