fitness plan with baby and toddler!

Hi all,
did do a post before but lost it an could not find it! :laugh:
Well i need some ideas/plan for a workout routine with a toddller and baby. I have alot of feeds to do as well as alot of my attention on toddler too. I lose my motivation very quickly as there is never ending things to do at home :angry:
However i need to lose weight and change my body shape. I am eating healthier and i am making sure i include b'fast and rinking lostof water.
Any ideas would be great!

p.s Cant afford the gym so i have to make do without machines:surprised:

try a tae bo dvd' also walking, and hiking w/the kid is another gr8 way.

I am in the same situation.
I have a 1 yr old (will be 2 in december) and a 4 month old. I had ft to design an exercise plan for me to do at home 3 times a week then I do hiit followed by a 60 min walk. I walk 60 minutes the other days 3 days and I rest one day a week. My hubby watches the baby while I am doing hiit and walking and I take my 1 yr old with me. It makes the workout a little more intense pushing a stroller. Do you have anyone to watch the baby for you while you walk?
