Would you advise working out legs and cardio after? I think doing cardio after heavy squats would be counter productive but i need some cardio and time is tight.
Thank you!

Normally I would jump on this and say hell no. But, I have been doing a variation that has been working extremely well. I have actually been doing low level cardio after legs. My legs have responded quite well. By low level, I mean 15 minutes of moderate to low intensity on the treadmill for instance. Nothing like HIIT or anything real intense. This gets the blood flowing, and then I hit my pwo shake.

I am walking 1 min, jogging 1 min then sprinting 1 min- I do this for no longer than 20 min

I would go against any 'intense' cardio right after legs. The idea is to get nutrient rich blood flowing only. Unless max weight loss is your goal. Then you are strictly after calorie expenditure, so anything is fair game. Glycogen will be depleted rapidly with intense cardio post legs.
