wrestler125 Posts: 4,619 Joined: 2004/01/27	2006/10/06, 05:06 PM WSM no longer impresses me. Especially after Mariuz P's 5th place performance at the Arnold, 8th in the deadlift, IFSA is the way to go for real strongman competition. -------------- Iron and chalk.

Nd alot of time they are like boulders etc... so the ROM is a lil shorter. -------------- Get your bicep curling, cut off shirt, matching workout outfit wearing,flexing in mirror "toned" wanna-be ass , out of my squat rack! People don't reach thier true potental, only those who seek it.
