Ok. I just finished week one. Here's what I learned. Despite all of the talk about doing cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, that doesn't apply to working out.
Other people notice I have more energy throughout the day.
I actually go to bed at a reasonable time since I'm tired.
I don't have equipment or a gym membership, so the in home exercises have been great. Oh except the leg lifts. Those must have been invented by Satan himself.:angry:
I like this program, but I wonder how long I can go without getting some equipment.:dumbbell:
Not sure which program you chose, but if you are working at home you may want to buy some bands and exercise ball, if the bench and dumbells are not available. Glad to hear you are seeing results. Most people see some results within 5-7 days.
