I'm a ectomorph so i need a lot of food to help gain weight. My nutritional program tells me to eat 165g of protein, 385 carbo's, 76g of fat & 2750 calories a day.
Now, the problem is, I am an Asian & I have a problem with trying to gauge what I am eating as my diet varies everyday - except for my staple food - rice.
How much do you weigh? As far as rice - it's actually very good for ectos. Rice is very calorie dense and though white rice has a higher glycemic index (opt for brown or wild rice whenever you can), rice stimulates a smaller insulin surge than it's GI might indicate (as followed by the more and more prevalent 'insulin index'). You can use the calorie counter on this site to track your food or go to fitday.com where they've got tons of foods in their database.
