Hard to get a subject line to grab peoples attn who have the know how. Over the past 6 months of NOT working my butt off I put on some weight.......can't quite fit into my leather pants ;o( - which sucks - but IS THERE a web site..where you can plug in your current weight, height, (and yes, I am exercising and now doing 30 minutes a day on the treadmill) but that will design a diet to follow that will indeed get you the weight loss if you follow it to the T? I hate feeling the "flab" feeling...it's not like I have a lot to loose - I really only need to loose 10 now but 10 pds too much ya know! And being part of the 40 plus gang, you know...it gets harder to loose! I just don't want to suck down xenadrine because of how it makes me feel and rather do it the right way. Just want to look good for my "man in my life"! I'm too conscience of my appearance and the "flabby feeling" is making me self conscience BIG TIME! Appreciate any insight from the gang here!

http://www.ediets.com

It costs 10 a month, I got a year for 59, and it does all the thinking for you. Check it out.

I can't really help you on websites for women - though I've heard shape magazine is good. I'd recommend getting on a weight lifting prgram - any program to help you cut fat. There are hundreds of different reasons why, from the boosted metabolism to the more effective workout.

Actually I do lift weights. I just was concentrating on getting stronger and myarms in shape before. Then I screwed up my shoulder (still is - need to do the rotary cuff surgery BUT that isn't happening) - so I was not doing anything much during the summer. SO, gained a little weight and want to take it off and try back with the weights plus plus. And I do get Shape magazine. I'm just looking for a total nutrition plus workout routine. Thx!
