Hey people. I'm a new guy from Kansas City. I've been on a weight loss kick this year and have lost about 40 pounds so far. My wife and I are trying out the Weight Watcher's diet (her idea), and we recently joined a gym as well. I figured since I have the membership, I better try to make the best of it, so I decided to try this out. I'm still in weight loss mode, but also trying to start toning up as well. So I'm going to mix my weight lifting routine in with my cardio workouts I already do. That's it for now.
