Ever go to the grocery store and can't make heads or tails out of what all the 'wording' on the product refers to as far as fats? This may help.....

Fat-free indicates less than .5 a gram of fat per serving.

Low-fat is 3 grams of fat or less per serving.

Reduced-fat is 25% less of the specified nutrient or calories than the regular version.

Light means one third fewer calories or half the fat of the usual food.

To add to that, watch out for the added sugars that producers use to replace the fat.

You are what you eat. So stay away from the jerk chicken.

No doubt Ivan, great addition. Beware of any additives, which many times in 'low fat' items is the case. Low fat and high sugar or any additional ingredients does you little good in weight loss. Calories are calories.
