I am sure alot of you have a favorite late night snack that sometimes you just have to have before bed?? At least on some nights. Mine is a piece of whole grain bread toasted, naturaly peanut butter spread on while it is hot, and sprinkle chocolate protein powder on it. It melts in, tastes great!

I am going to have to try that one...it sounds great! that is what I was hoping to accomplish with this post, some new "healthy" stuff to try when I just can't sleep. I work nighta anyway, and sometimes, I am up pretty late looking for that "something". I do have some pretty cool recipes if anyone is interested. Like bodybuider eclairs for one. And my wifes famous protein power cookies. They are great! Only have to bake for 11 minutes too!

I've become quite a fan of PowerBar Harvests. I couldn't find a reason not to eat them (other than really high carbs, but that's not an issue), so I do. Wash it down with a pint of skim milk and that's a great 400 calorie gaining snack.

well, i dont know if the late dinner i had last night would count as a snack, but it totally blew me off my diet!
it was an octoberfest buffet, with tons of sausages, sauerbratten, schacten platte, pork shanks, hot german potato salad, etc.......... but it was oh soooooo good! i dunno, maybe about 4k calories!!
LOL...

I try NOT to have such a snack...........OK truth be known...I got some of them mini halloween baby ruth bars...............YES......I had one today........(I can throw the rest away....IF -- you all keep on sharing those recipes. Actually I try not to eat anything past dinner. AHum, and I do have some habits I am JUST gonna have to break. I feel good spilling the beans. And that pudding thing sounds like a good idea!
