Okay im in the 9th grade now. I go to a High Schoool thats crazy about football. State champs 3 out of the last 4 years so yeah the weight room is a big part of my life. At the end of my 8th grade year i could only bench about 75 and i weighed about 110. Now im 120 and can bench like 145 which is sayed by everybody unbeliveable! whats the reason for this because i havent gained much weight just got about 3 inches taller which shouldnt affect my strength should it?

You are naturally growing...testosterone is on the rise. A 10 lb. weight gain and factoring in natural testosterone can lead to dramatic strength gains.

Nice gain. Fill out your profile and post your workout. A lot of the folks on here will critique it for you and help you gain even more strength.
