Hi everyone! I am new to the site and excited to find out all I can. I am 25 years old and would like to lose 5-10 pounds or so of fat. I am 5'5 and 135 pounds. I know that losing weight is 80% diet. I am writing to see what kind of diet I should go for. What should I eat everyday? Also, I want to get in the gym. How much cardio do you recommend? Any advice you can offer would be great. Thanks!

Hi brianne...welcome to FT:)What is your diet like now??You may be able to eliminate just a few things and lose 10 pounds fairly easily....to lose weight you'll want to eat between 10 and 15 cal per pound of bodyweight,depending on how active you are.Eat more protien than you do carbs,eat 6 small meals a day to keep your blood sugar even and cravings down,drink lots of water...have a plan...and have some fun!!!!
