How can I add weights without bulking up?

You WILL NOT BULK UP by lifting weights. As a woman you just do nothave the right amounts of male hormones in you. Look at pics of Philla2, KC_72, Flyonthewall to name a few they lift a lot and are not bulky!

No su....you are not going to bulk up...as bb1fit puts it...if it were that easy we would all look like olympians!!
But it will get rid of the flab..and the cellulite bumps.The best picture to look at is Philia2...she is a moderator...go into the the meet your moderators area and you will see her picture...if you want to look like THAT...pick up the weights...good luck!!!
