hello everyone.
I am new to this. i am looking on losing 20-25 lbs. i lost about 40 lbs this past year, but i need alittle extra, and i need to tone up. am hoping this program works. has it worked for anyone so far?

welcome to FT nativegurl. yes these program work...if you do them diligently along with watching your diet. Sounds like you've already got the diet part down, so adding in the wt training will definetly help tone you up. Good Luck!
