Depends on how far you bulk. The longer you go, the longer you will have to diet to lose the fat. Around the 10-15% for men, partitioning factors are at their peak, start to get much over or under that and you start to run into hormonal problems for the most part. P factor starts to go south if you know what I mean. I would suggest a phasing of a bulk/hardening periods. That way you neve allow the fat to accumulate too high, and it won't be so hard to lose.

start with one extra chicken breast and one extar serving of oats or yams.
Your bulking diet will be the same as your usual clean diet, just a slight increase in calories.

If mass gain is your priority, cut back the cardio to a minimum, it is counterproductive to mass gain. If you do cardio, keep it seperate from lifting days and be sure to give your legs plenty of rest between leg day and cardio.

If you are able to get it, start eating elk, deer, squirrel, and Bison Ribeyes or Top Round.
Great source of protein. I have found it, along with other "game meats" to be a great way to get bigger WITHOUT losing my six-pack. The only draw back is you're Cholesterol intake will increase significantly.

Example: (All numbers are AFTER grilling)
For 8 oz. of Elk you can get the following:

Calories 331
Total Fat 4 g
Saturated Fat 1.5g
Polyunsaturated Fat 1g
Monounsaturated Fat 1g
Cholesterol 165mg
Sodium 138mg
Potassium 743mg
Total Carbohydrate 0g

8 oz. of Deer:

Polyunsaturated Fat 1.5g
Monounsaturated Fat 2g
Cholesterol 254mg
Sodium 122mg
Potassium 759mg

4oz of squirrel:
Calories 196

Monounsaturated Fat 1.5g
