Human Growth Hormone
I've been reading about it a lot. Does anyone know if it is good or bad? |

If you can get the real thing, it works. It is expesive, and a 'therapy' that must be continued for results to stay. (has to be injectible by the way, no such thing as a pill or capsule, has to be able to cross the blood brain barrier). After it is reconstituted, shelf life is very short.-------------- Maximus from Gladiator....Strength and Honor! |

Very true. True HGH must be reconstituted as it is freeze dried. The shelf life is very short, and should only be 'mixed' prior to using. True HGH is 180 amino acids that must be injected to cross the blood brain barrier.
It is expensive, and continuous for gains. No 20 dollar 'fizzies' are going to produce these results. the research itself was millions spent, think some fly by night supplement company that does not even have a lab can reproduce this for 20 bucks? ============ Quoting from menace3000: nothing....you have to be completely ignorant to buy it ============= -------------- "If it ain't broke, you aren't trying." |

What kind of results would that be? Care to elaborate a bit just what you got out of it?

They just did a special about it on the news. It costs about 1000 a month and it is injected. I didn't even know they had pills? A lot of older people are taking it and getting good results. Sylvester Stallone just got in trouble for it in Australia. There is no study on long term effects however so it is not necessarily safe. It used to be taken straight from the pituitary gland of cadavers in the 60's and 70's. I'll pass! I'll just stick to the basics at GNC.

going for the easy way huh??? whatever u say.........
I stacked it with a buffered creatine based supplement, a weight gainer, a very balanced diet, and around 10-11 workouts a day for 3 months. My bench press went up 75 lbs., my squat went up 60lbs., my deadlift went up 70 lbs.. Also got more agile, and faster. But my training regimen was fantastic, I just feel like the recovery it Gave me was what really helped. |

10-11 workouts a day? That sounds a little over the top.

The weight gainer (upping calories), good diet probably had nothing to do with it.
You must realize again with HGH this is very expensive stuff. Just the research alone was in the millions. Pharmeceutical companies own this stuff. Really think about it, 90% of these companies that make this stuff(capsules, fizzies, etc.) do not even have a lab. They contract out what they want to one of a handful of labs. They set a price that they want to pay, and the product is made to meet that pricetag. So, if they are selling it for 20 bucks, how much do you think they paid for it? And what does that say about any type of quality being there. -------------- "If it ain't broke, you aren't trying." |

i meant 10-11 workouts a WEEK. If you a buy bottle of ibuprofen for $5 for a head ache, does that mean that because you didn't buy aleve for $10 that it's going to work less???
